The company has told that the price of this motorcycle is Rs 2.23 lakh for the initial 10,000 customers and after that it will be increased to Rs 2.33 lakh. The new TR series engine has been used in the Speed ​​400. It is a fuel injected, liquid cooled single cylinder engine. Its cubic capacity is 398.15 cc. It generates power of 39.5 bhp at 8,000 rpm and peak torque of 37.5 Nm at 6,500 rpm. It is mated to a six-speed gearbox with slip-and-assist clutch. The mileage of this motorcycle is around 28 kmpl.

It gets an analog speedometer with a digital screen. Other features include LED lighting, immobilizer and ride by throttle. The company will also launch the Scrambler 400X soon. A big disc will be given in its front. Triumph’s Speed ​​400 will compete with Harley-Davidson’s X440, which was launched earlier this week. Harley-Davidson’s partner in the country is Hero MotoCorp. The booking for this motorcycle has started. 5,000 will have to be paid for its booking. Bookings can be made across all Harley-Davidson dealerships, select Hero MotoCorp outlets as well as online.

The Harley-Davidson X440 price ranges between Rs 2.29 Lakh to Rs 2.69 Lakh. It has been made available in three variants – Denim, Vivid and S. Its design has been specially made according to the conditions of the country. In this, many elements of styling have been taken from the previous models of the company. It has round headlamps, LED lighting and LCD instrument controls. It is powered by the recently developed 398 cc single cylinder and air cooled motor, which generates 27 bhp power and 38 Nm peak torque. Along with this, six speed gearbox, inverted front forks and twin shock absorbers have also been given in the rear.
